Wolseley Residence is a family home designed for durability and functionality. Timber walls and ceiling cladding introduce warmth to the concrete surfaces, while soft white plasterboard and precise shadow lines create a seamless visual continuity throughout the interior.
The internal layout emphasises connectivity, with shared living spaces positioned to maximise interaction. A dramatic double-height entry court, framed by a cantilevered concrete awning and full-height glass pivot door, connects the interior with the exterior. On the ground floor, the living, kitchen, and lounge areas are recessed from the glazed façade, allowing views of the central yard and pool.
