MODA Five is the penthouse atop a series of connected apartments in the Bayside suburb of Brighton. It spans the entire top floor of the building and defies convention with warmth and elegance typically associated with a free-standing home.
Inspired by the client’s affinity for the bountiful beaches and rolling hills of Byron Bay, the interior features a minimalist palette that embodies tranquillity, elegance, and functionality. Natural light accentuates a soothing palette of neutrals, balanced on a foundation of travertine and polished plaster, and layered with soft sculptural elements. This integration of refined materials fosters a sense of escapism and detachment from the outside world.
