Everything starts with an obligation-free meeting (either in person, over the phone or online) to discuss the nature of your site and project, and what services we offer. Whether clients choose to engage us for partial or full services, we are committed to making the experience memorable.
We take the time to establish your goals and objectives, such as what types of space and amenities you desire. Our in-house team uses 3D modelling software and highly detailed plans to communicate our ideas in vivid realism. Before moving on, we take your feedback and make any necessary adjustments.
We meticulously document every aspect of our designs and handle all permits and planning approvals on your behalf by collaborating closely with all consultants to keep your project moving forward. As an integrated practice, our building experience allows for effective planning and construction.
Once onsite work begins – with a team you already know, and that already knows your project – your new home comes to life. Through regular site reports and ongoing overviews and revisions, we ensure your project is an enjoyable experience, all the way through to completion (and celebrating with a glass of champagne).
